Year 6 and their Buddies – September 2023

Every year our Year 6 Children are trained by West Lancs Sports Partnership to become playground leaders.

They have to design and play games with younger children in order to gain their award.

Once they have achieved this – they then become a ‘Buddy’ for one of our Reception Children and help them to play, to make friends and even how to sort their tray at a lunchtime.
