Muddy Woody (Cross Country) Competition – 7th March 2023
A huge congratulations to all the children who took part in yesterday’s WLSP Muddy Woody event.
On a cold and VERY muddy Tuesday night, THT took 46 children to Carr Lane to compete in the annual cross country competition. As usual, our children did amazingly well. Many conquered that little voice inside their head, sowing seeds of doubt – that they couldn’t do it. Well, they could and did.
Mr Skinner and all the staff at THT are so proud of our teams who all came as winners. The final standings for team events:
Year 3 / 4 Boys – Gold
Year 3 / 4 Girls – Gold
Year 5 / 6 Boys – Bronze
Year 5 / 6 Girls – Gold
We also had many individual successes over the evening; seeing many of our children finishing inside the top 10. Medal winners were:
Molly in Year 4 – Bronze
Georgie in Year 4 – Bronze
Lucy in Year 6- Silver
Amelia S in Year 5 – Gold.
