Last Choir Singing Competition – 23rd March 2018
Our choir really did us proud. They sang their hearts out and performed brilliantly.
It was an incredibly tough heat – probably even more competitive than the actual final was last year.
St Anthony’s came runners-up and St. Catherine’s won the heat. Eldon St. won best artistic. The judges took a very long time to decide on the winners because of the extremely high standard of entries.
Our children enjoyed watching the other competitors and gave standing ovations to the amazing acts. Whilst they disappointed with the results, our children were resilient, philosophical and went out of their way to congratulate pupils from the winning schools!
