Cool Kids Zone – Out of School Club
- We offer wrap around care for your child at Tarleton Holy Trinity CE Primary School between the hours of 7.30am and 5.50pm, through the provision of a Breakfast and After School Club. The club caters for children in all years, from Reception to Year Six.
What is a Breakfast Club?
- Breakfast Club provides care from 7.30am and runs until 8.45am when your child goes from the school hall to their classroom to be registered.

The club provides a wide variety of food including toast, crumpets, cereals, porridge, fruit, yogurt and omelette. Milk and water is also available.
The price per session is £7.50
What is an Easy Drop?

From 8.30am you can drop your child off at the front door, wait for a member of staff to arrive and then they will be looked after by our Breakfast Club staff until the school bell is rung at 8.45am.
The price per session is £2.00
Both these sessions must be booked in advance. An authorised adult must drop the child on each morning thewy attend.
What is an Easy Pick Up or Up to 5pm?
- An ‘Easy Pick Up’ session runs from 3.25pm (infants), 3.30pm (juniors) until 4.00pm. The cost is £3.00 per session. Milk or water and a piece of fruit is provided.
- ‘Up to 5pm’ will be provided from 3.30 – 5.00pm. The cost is £7.00 and children will be offered the snack of the day and milk or water.
- These sessions must be booked in advance. An authorised adult must collect the child from Easy Pick Up or Up to 5pm on each afternoon they attend.
What does the After School Club offer?

After School Club provides wrap around child care from the end of the school day until 5.50pm. Children can choose from a range of activities including reading, arts and crafts, puzzles, board games ands free play with indoor toys. We give the children continual access to outdoor play where the children can play football, tennis, chalk drawing, large outdoor play and use the school field (weather permitting).
The children are registered, given a choice of snacks and a drink. We have a wide range of snacks which are offered on a rota basis including:
'DIY wraps', toasties, 'picnic tea' (sandwiches), hummus, dips, carrot sticks, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, crackers and cheese, pasta salad, tacos etc.
A selection of fruit and vegetables are always available.
The cost for After School Club is £9.50 per child. -
Please let us know if your child has any allergies or religious needs and we will cater for this accordingly.
This session must be booked in advance. An authorised adult must collect the child from After School Club on each afternoon they attend.
What can the children expect?
Activities are always varied so that children will always be entertained. The club offers a wide range of activities including extensive arts and crafts, educational learning such as puzzles, construction toys, den building and board games. We also supply a range of books. For special occasions we also have a Playstation 3. We promote team building and physical activities via indoor and outdoor sports which include football, basketball and cricket.
However, Lego and a Chess Set are always a popular choice!!

- We accept payments online at www.parentpay.com and also via childcare vouchers. We accept childcare vouchers from a wide range of providers. As an example we are registered with Sodexo, Fidelity, KiddiVouchers, Apple Childcare Vouchers, EFC and Computer Share.
