…well some Lottery Funding!! A while ago the Friends sent off an application for £10,000 worth of Lottery Funding towards ‘Outdoor provision’, and the money has arrived!!
Mr Ian Roberts, a member of the PE department at Tarleton Academy, came into school this morning to talk about the importance of wearing a helmet when riding a bicycle (and horse, skateboard etc.).
All the children at Tarleton Holy Trinity CE Primary have been wearing their spots today – all to raise money for the BBC Children in Need Appeal 2016.
Each year we ask parents and children to collect Shoe Boxes at school and fill them with a variety of gifts…and this year we collected more than ever!!
As is our tradition, the whole school met around the War Memorial in the Church Yard to spend a time of reflection and time to remember all those who died during the 2 World Wars. Bishop John led the short service and later commented on how well behaved...
The End of an Era!! It was in September 2014 that Father Nicholas came to me with the idea of starting a Bell Ringing Club for the children of Tarleton Holy Trinity…and so it began, one of the only Primary school bell ringing clubs in the country!!
I couldn’t miss the opportunity!! During the last few days of October, Holy Trinity Church is having some work done on the spire…and I couldn’t miss the opportunity!!
