Year 4’s Cookery Club – January 2019
Nearly the whole of year 4 class joined Janet in the kitchen after school on Tuesday for a bit of a bake-off!!
We learned about food preparation, health and hygiene.
Then, we made some pitta-pizzalettes with a pitta bread base, pasata, mozzarella cheese and toppings of our own choice! We also tried a tuna fish quesadilla.
Whilst we were waiting for them to cook we discussed new foods which we had tried.
Some of us took our pizzas home for tea, some of us ate them whilst waiting for siblings at bell ringing club and some of us ate them for our snack at after-school club. Yummy!
