Remembrance Stained Glass Window Displays – 23rd October 2018

The children at THT have been learning about World War I and the significance of the poppies.

They have also been looking at “Tommy” silhouettes and of people who have been caught up, sadly, in many wars across the world.

The children have been making “stained glass” window displays to commemorate all people caught up in wars – particularly those in armed forces and have made these emotive and thoughtful pieces of art which we are displaying around the school.
