Our Choir on Tour – 8th December 2016

Our School Choir has been developing and growing over the last couple of years and today they went on Tour!!

First they sang for the residents at Oakgate Close. The choir sang Christmas songs and carols for the ladies and gentlemen of Oakgate who loved every minute of it and asked us to go back in the Spring time to give them another mini concert.

…And then in the evening, some of the choir sang at the new Barratt housing development on Plox Brow. There again the choir, led by Mrs Simpson, sang a variety of Christmas Songs and Carols and then went inside for some sweets and a mince pies. Thanks to Lee and to Joan for inviting us down…and thanks also to Mrs Dimmock and Mrs Forrest for helping out with the  choir and for singing along!!
