Fairtrade Worship – 27th February 2017
Today starts the beginning of Fairtrade Fortnight…and because we are a Fairtrade School, we always get involved.
Mr Marshall started the two weeks with a Worship which looked at how cocoa farmers only get a ratio of 1p to the supermarkets who would get 20p!! Fairtrade is an organisation which helps local framers in Africa to make sure that they (and their village) receive a wage which will help them and their families live better lives!! There was some brilliant acting by our wonderful staff…and how they looked good in the costumes!!
